Garlic Naan 4 pcs (300 g)Garlic naan is a popular variant of naan, a traditional Indian flatbread. It's flavored with garlic and often garnished with chopped coriander leaves (cilantro). Traditionally, garlic naan is cooked in a tandoor, a clay oven that reaches very high temperatures. The naan is slapped onto the inner wall of the tandoor, where it adheres and cooks quickly, developing a charred and crispy exterior while remaining soft and fluffy inside. You can prepare Shana frozen Garlic Naan at home in just minutes. Simply thaw it in the microwave or heat it on a skillet. INGREDIENTS Wheat flour Water Garlic (7%) Coriander Corn Oil Palm Oil Salt Sugar Yeast Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate) COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Option 1: Heat a non-stick pan until medium hot, place the frozen naan on the pan and cook for 2 minutes, gently moving it around the pan. Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the naan. Option 2: Sprinkle the frozen naan with water and place it under a preheated grill on medium heat. Cook both sides for approximately 2 - 3 minutes. Option 3: Shana Garlic Naan can also be toasted in a toaster bag.
